Hi! I’m Anna—co-owner of Keto Katz Bakery, culinary-trained baker, and someone who completely transformed my life through keto.

About 12 years ago, I started my keto journey and went on to lose over 150 pounds. What began as a personal lifestyle change quickly turned into a passion (and maybe a little obsession!) with recreating my favorite foods in a low-carb way—without sacrificing flavor.

Along the way, I fell in love with the science of keto baking—especially learning how ingredients like almond flour and coconut flour behave so differently and how to actually make them work.
