  1. We ship nationwide using UPS 2-Day Shipping since items are perishable. We know shipping costs can feel high, but they're necessary to ensure your products arrive fresh and cold. The cost includes expedited shipping, insulated packaging, and temperature-control materials.

  2. Because our products are perishable, we recommend being home when your package is delivered so you can refrigerate or freeze your goodies right away.

  3. Nutrition labels are available here to look up after you recieve your items

Returns & Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the condition of your products upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos of the packaging and products. We'll review the situation and work with you to make it right.
