Net Carbs are what will impact blood sugars, not total carbs. This is important to know if you’re tracking macros in order to stay in ketosis or if you’re diabetic and want to keep blood sugars normal and avoid spikes. We use healthy sugar-alternatives that DO NOT increase blood sugar.
