Guest Teacher: Paula Parker, Weight Loss Coach

Paula Parker founded Mindful Shape to help women who struggle with their weight, reach their natural shape and feel in charge around food. Through her own journey of releasing 45lbs, returning to pre-pregnacy weight after two kids and finding freedom around food, she knows the solution isn’t willpower, but understanding and working with our minds and bodies. 

As a Life Coach certified coach, Paula has empowered thousands of women to uncover the true reasons for their overeating and then use her step by step process to help them release the excess weight, feel good in their bodies and end overeating for good. Her methods are based on neuroscience and leading edge scientifically proven strategies for sustainable, healthy weight loss.
