Cakes may arrive frozen which is how we ship them. You can store it in the freezer until you want to serve it, or you can put it directly in the fridge, wrapped in plastic wrap. Defrosting will take 1 days in the fridge or 5-6 hours at room temperature. Make sure to unwrap cake while it’s cold, slicing works best with a hot knife.
