Manifest the New Year You Want, Damnit!

Make Dreams = Reality

Now is the time, my friend! We can take off the dirty clothes of 2022 and put on a fresh, super cute outfit for 2023. Even though there's not much difference between today's problems and tomorrow's problems, there's still an energetic shift that happens every January 1st which we can't help but feel hopeful for. BTW- it doesn’t matter which day of the year it is when you start working on your goals for the year! Start RIGHT NOW, don’t give yourself the excuse of “well…I didn’t start it exactly on Jan 1st so it’s not the same…blah blah blah”.

Download the worksheets below!

Join Anna and I in our tradition of looking the new year right in the face and saying, "I'm going to create the life I want to live" by doing either worksheet below. If you’re 🙄 right now, I challenge you to fill one out anyway. Maybe you’ve never even considered what you want to have happen in your life and this is the first time you’re making goals- just this act is extremely powerful in making a life you love!

I've been doing this with my hubby, Kevin, for 20 years- and I'm telling you it works! My teens do it too! When you put your focus on specific goals, you will start to see opportunities for them to materialize! There's always work involved, so ready yourself for that too, of course 💪🏽. Our favorite part has been to look back at our goal lists and see what came to exist in our lives. Inevitably as the year goes on, we would sometime forget to review our goal sheets. But to our surprise, goals were still fulfilled and we really believe that it’s because we put attention on them, even if just once, and the universe did the rest.

Want to understand this a little more?

Watch this 6 minute video by Dr. Joe Dispenza on manifesting & goal writing for some motivation. I just LOVE his books and messages. The library has audiobooks for free listening! Our local library in Macomb, MI has this one (click here), but you can get it at your own or purchase where books are sold.

Some ideas for 2023 health goals you can use

  1. I will write weekly meal plans and grocery shop so I have all ingredients ready. This will include easy-to-prepare meals and snacks to limit the stress of needing to cook all the time.

  2. I will make time to move my body in ways that actually make me happy to do it, either at home or in a facility.

  3. I will take my supplements daily (look for tips here)

  4. I will love myself. For every negative thought I think, I will stop immediately and envelope myself in self-acceptance and love. Just like I would do for someone else I loved.

  5. Being healthy is not temporary. This is the new me and I can BE the person I've dreamt of being by acting like that healthy person daily. Only I can do this for myself.

Download your worksheet above, make copies for all the people you live with, and work on them. Write in pen. Commit to your dreams. You know you should make the time to do this for yourself. ❤️

Have an amazing New Year's, my love. Whether you're alone or swinging from the ceiling, we are having a shot of something strong with you in spirit! 🥂

Tanti auguri di buon anno,
Anna & Lisa 💋
